Set within the beautiful surroundings of Weald of Kent Golf Club, this wedding reception provided a wonderful setting for an evening of celebration with family and friends.

We joined the wedding for the evening reception, where the beautifully dressed space, relaxed atmosphere and lively celebrations created the perfect backdrop for our Magazine Booth experience.

It was a pleasure to be part of such a warm and welcoming evening and to see guests making the most of the booth throughout the celebrations.

A Magazine Booth Designed to Bring Guests Together

For this wedding, our handcrafted Magazine Booth became an interactive focal point during the evening reception.

Personalised specifically for the couple, the magazine cover created a unique backdrop for guest photographs and added something playful and distinctive to the celebration.

Rather than relying solely on the booth’s integrated lighting, this booking also included our Professional Photography Package, transforming the Magazine Booth into a professionally managed portrait experience.

A member of the Williams & Rose team photographed guests throughout the evening using a Canon DSLR camera and carefully positioned studio lighting, creating beautifully lit, high-quality photographs for couples, families and groups of friends.

Professional Photography, Inside the Magazine Booth

Our Professional Photography Package is designed for couples who want the fun and impact of the Magazine Booth alongside the quality of professionally captured photographs.

Throughout the evening, guests were photographed inside the personalised Magazine Booth using professional DSLR equipment and studio lighting.

Each photograph was then produced using our DNP professional dye-sublimation printer, allowing guests to take home unlimited instant prints during the celebration.

The result is much more than a traditional photo booth photograph — it creates a polished, flattering image while keeping the experience relaxed, sociable and fun.

Live Gallery & Sharing Station

Alongside the Magazine Booth, our Live Gallery & Sharing Station gave guests another way to enjoy the photographs being created throughout the night.

Images appeared in a live slideshow as they were taken, allowing guests to browse the gallery, revisit their favourite photographs and digitally share images during the event.

It became another natural talking point around the booth and allowed guests to enjoy not only their own photographs, but the moments being captured throughout the evening.

Following the wedding, the couple also received a complete digital gallery of the photographs from the Magazine Booth.

The combination of the personalised Magazine Booth, professional photography, studio lighting, instant printing and live gallery created an experience guests could enjoy throughout the evening.

From couples stepping inside for a portrait to larger groups gathering together for fun photographs, the booth created genuine moments of interaction while giving everyone a high-quality keepsake to take home.
